Product Warranty Service Promise

Warranty coverage:

　  · Key skins peel-off

　  · Hammer degumming

　  · Key break

　  · Tuning pin looseness

　  · Iron frame break

　  · Pedal break

　  · Soundboard crack

　  · Case degumming or case paint crack

    We will provide free maintenance service or replace the relevant part on a gratuitous basis if any of the above faults occurs due to the problems in the piano itself within three years from the date of sale.

The product will not be entitled to warranty in the following cases:

    · You fail to provide the product warranty card.

    · The warranty period of the product expires.

    · Normal loss occurs during the use of the product.

    · Faults or damage is caused when people other than the professionals of the dealer maintain the piano.

    · Faults or damage is caused due to improper use by users, man-made damage or failure to operate according to relevant suggestions in this manual.

    · Faults or damage is caused by other force majeure factors.

Hint:

    · If users need repair of the product when its warranty period expires, we will provide paid maintenance service.

· Please properly use and maintain the product according to the use and maintenance suggestions in this manual.
