● The regional company must sign a cooperation agreement with the agent to agree on the rights and obligations of both parties.

● The agency of Kempff Piano is implemented according to areas. The agent in each area is entitled to the right of agency in the relevant area. An agent who has signed a cooperation agreement with the regional company will be entitled to the right of product sale, promotion and after-sales service in the relevant area, and no additional agent will be approved in such area until the cooperation agreement is terminated.
